    You do realize that this user your accusing is already banned/tagged here right? You need to check users out better if you didn't and avoid them is best.. as in check em out, if you see them tagged just delete/ignore and move on.

    Ok but again this user is already banned/tagged - there isn't a thing more we can do to them.
    Make sure you check users out better in the future to avoid them.
    This report will be marked invalid though since nothing you provided proves this user was doing anything wrong.
    You can report both users to Valve if you haven't already.

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
