What happened? Description:

He posted a offer for his KARAMBIT CRIMSON WEB AND AWP ASIIMOV ON CSGL. I was enticed.We agreed on $210. I sent him my payment, for 4 days he stalled by saying he had a steam ban because he changed his email, not responding and saying I had not payed. He attempted to stall so my payment would clear and he would had access in moving the funds. I asked him to give me my skins. He accused me that when he does i was going to refund through paypal, when both of us know I did not have the capabilities of doing so. He pretended to be his brother to even more stall the process. He made many excuses though he played the role a very polite guy. I was thankfully able to recover my funds and solve the issue with my bank. I PROMISE YOU THIS ACCOUNT IS A SCAMM ACCOUNT! PLEASE DON'T BE CONVINCED. I have alot other screenshots but they are video screenshots. These where at the end our discussions. dont trust him.​
