What happened? Description:

He offered me paypal money for an Ak-47 Cartel.
He looked like he had goo rep and had a higher level than me.
I gave the ak-47 via offers and he did not send the payment and switched his name, blocked me and set his profile to private.​

He planned to give me 17 usd but did not give it.​
