What happened? Description:

This person added me from D2L (dota2lounge.com), and offered me Whalehook immortal item for my new SK immortal. Also he asked me to add Omniknight bundle for some rares. He asked me to go first, and swore that he will not scam. After chekking his reputation status on SteamRep, I agreed with his offer, sent him trade offer and gifted him SK immotal and Omniknight bundle. Then I said him that I have sent my items and asked to accept trade offer. He said "Ok, wait", and cancelled the trade offer, then went offline. Now he still exist in my friends list, online, but does not answer me. I cant add chat screenshot, because it disappeared after closing and reopening it. Pleaase, help me to block this user. I want him to get trade ban.​
