    Victim profile: 76561198211449365

    What happened? Description:
    A scammer sent my friend cozen a trade offer with name "Program: Item Checker" , he/she had steam avatar as a profile picture and probably was impersonating a program checker to see if its duped or whatever, program checker doesn't even exist.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I don't think he deserves a steamrep ban but he definately deserves a caution so younger people won't fall for that, for example "This person is not affiliated with valve"​
