    The user was so kind and i let my feelings agree his deal that i will let go the money first to his paypal and when he confirm it , he is going to trade the items im going buy but the person leave me.​

    I highly recommend that you initiate a chargeback process with PayPal as soon as possible, if you haven't already.

    Can you please provide a screenshot of the chat you had with the user, along with a screenshot of your PayPal payments history?

    Once you've opened a dispute with paypal, do not close it unless he refunds you or gives you the items. He can refund you while the dispute is open. If you close the dispute you cannot reopen it or recreate it - the money will be gone.
