What happened? Description:

He's buying items for real money using paypal. Then I need to go first and sent offer Lina Arcana.

But when its his time to pay. He said he mispelled my paypal account and wanted to have another item so that he can pay it together. But I refuse not until he paid the Lina first. Then he remove me as a friend.

Were both Filipinos but I am so ashamed on him scamming his fellowmen.

Please ban this kind of person from steam.
