What happened? Description:

he scammed steam wallet worth of 650 usd for my items and i did not received the money and all of my items are stolen​

Provide Evidence:

At first he said he has a good reputation and promised he is a super trustworthy buyer.
Then he offered me a steam offer for 650 Usd for all of my items.
I declined at first and he kept harassing and sending proves through his friends that is trustworthy.
Then he ask to check his profile to see that he high reputations.
After a few times trying, I accepted his offer.
After the trades had been done, i did not receive the money and he did not reply any of my chat messages.
He also set his profile to private after the incident.
Please I need my items back.
I've collecting money for about 2 years for all of the items and hoping for a refund from valve
