What happened? Description:

Had him added from vatican trade server, sold him 28 keys for paypal.
Few days later he was talking about how he was bored, wanted to get back into tf2 trading and was asking me to sell him my unusuals for $170 (later changed to $180). Figured he had good rep and I didn't mind quickselling so sent him a trade offer for my Purple Confetti Merc's Mohawk, Miami Night's Merc's Mohawk and Searing Plasma Galvanized Gibus. But he never got around to sending me the $180 he promised.

He's sent me a bunch of messages saying he's been busy, but all my friends are just saying it's a scam and to report him.

Hopefully he sends the payment and this was all just a misunderstanding. But just to be safe.​

Provide Evidence:

1-4 are the full chatlogs describing the deal and then the conversation after where he talks about being unable to send the payment and gambling the hats away.

5 is a screenshot of the trade history and paypal history.
During the chat I asked him why he couldn't send me the money at the time and sent him a request for the $180 he owed but he said that he needed a routing number, so I ended up closing the request because it wasn't going to work.​
