    What happened? Description:
    I made a post on steamtrades.com looking for some trades. Pako added me on steam and offered me a game key in trade for 2 of my games on my "what I have" List. We agreed on a trade and since I had no rep I traded first but he did not trade back. As you can see in my Screenshot I did not get to activate the game he offered me (Cuphead).​

    We do not accept reports dealing with cd keys, game codes, steam codes, Pin codes etc.. due to current Investigative Policy.

    You are welcome to report the user to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
