What happened? Description:

User has not responded to any message I sent, does not own anything but one game, immediately sent me a friend request and a message claiming there was an error when I attempted to add the person I originally aimed at adding to friends and trading, along with the message was a link to add that "friend" although the link was wrong, steam community was misspelled in the link, which leads me to believe it was a malicious website of some sort, this isn't the first time I have found one of these bots today, but the first time I didn't think much of it. I have not clicked the link, and I didn't think to take a screenshot before I closed out the chat window, but a text version of the message the bot sent me is in the evidence.​

I do not have any screenshots of the chat, but I did copy and paste the only message the bot sent me, this was all one message, was sent to me as soon as I added the user, and includes the link sent to me:
Hi bro, my friend wants to add you as a friend, but he steam error,
please add it so you can make the trade. he want trade with you and have very good offers

Also the user claims to be in Canada, meaning the date of the creation of the profile, 6/24/2014 would be tomorrow. View attachment 98242 ​
