    Its one of those stupid "Oh, I accidentally reported you, here, add this shady 'Steam admin' to remove that report!" kinda scams.

    The accused likely got hacked/phished, but eh.

    Report them to Valve and leave it alone.
    Saying that, did you report ALL THREE ACCOUNTS to Valve yet? Report back if you did asap!

    I did report them, reporting the bot and fake admin for scam attempts, but reported penguin for having their a compromised account that was being used to scam others, although it seemed like they got their account back with these messages I got when I logged on.

    Don't crop screenshots - they are unacceptable.
    If the accused has recovered their account they need to post here saying so and submit screenshots of their steam support ticket where they recovered it.
    They have 48hours to do so... let them know since your still incontact with them. @Just like the simulations
    This is now a burden on them - had you just reported the user to Valve instead it wouldn't hassle the true owner.
