You did not look at his profile page showing that he was trade banned and is a marked scammer on SteamRep?
I need a full screen picture of your trade history for the day of said scam. Unedited or cropped.

Apparently he said it was due to impersonators, and he had been legit before, he traded via his other accounts listed in his profile.
