What happened? Description:

Approached me offering to trade me a pin code in exchange for some of my weapons (Not a code scam though, as the trade never proceeded to that point). I proceed with the trade as promised (sending one of my lower value weapons, which he would send the code for, and then I would send the higher value item), and he did not send the code, nor return my item. He also attempted to change the agreement mid-trade, after items had already been exchanged; and refused to return said items. In a counter-offer he made, he also attempted to take my vulcan (trying to hide it in-between trading cards).​
