    What happened? Description:
    He claimed to be a steamrep admin and valve employee and was working with another guy offering "item autentication" services where I needed to send him my items in an offer that he would "leave as pending" and then "decline" after """authenticating""" my items​

    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
