What happened? Description:

He randomly added me. asked if i sell my unusual. i said yes. I asked whats his offer. he offered me a Unique white bills. (wtf?) i said no thanks your Bills is ~ 6-7 keys and my unusual is 3 buds. he then said that my Unusual would be worth 19-20 keys wich it in fact is NOT. i asked where he got that price. he said trade.tf i asked where did u see that price he said "Its my own price for it" i said "wtf man u cant just make prices up how u like" i told him that hes a sharker and im gonna report him on steamrep (wich im doing right now) and he said he is also gonna report me because his price for my unusual is 19-20 keys and that it would not be 3 buds wich i am Quickselling it for (its ~3.5 normal price)
