What happened? Description:

On August 5th, "Fritz" sent me a .rar file over skype. It was a hack for the game "Unturned" he said he made most of it, and I wanted to check it out.

3 hours later, I was not able to move my cursor, or Ctrl+Alt+Del. I had an anti-virus chew away at the "RAT" + "Trojan" but it was too late.
My hard drive was obliterated, and my computer was not able to be used for 7 days (because I had to wait for the Hard Drive and Windows 7 to ship)
The hacker has my email and Steam Account.
If you look on the Victim's account, all the comments are of all my old friends that are not on his friends list now. HE removed over 200 of my friends. I also have a cached copy of my profile before it was hacked, and all the badges/amount of games. Are all the same, but the amount of items are different. If you look on his other account, he has the stuff from the cached copy on my profile, the StatTrak AK-47, StatTrak M4A1-S, and The StatTrak USP-S Serum.
Fritz and AuXillery are friends on multiple accounts.
I understand that account hijacks are not allowed in Steamrep, but Valve has not responded and it has been 9 days. And in 7 of them, I did not have access to a computer.

I would like his account to be trade banned, so he cannot sell my items.

All of my CS:GO items are also in his inventory, but the items from the cached copy and his inventory are the same.​
