What happened? Description:

Okay, so I met him on Dota2Lounge.
I trusted him because of his steam rep on his profile.
I sent him the globe load. Which costs 100 pesos in Philippines.
While 100 pesos in Philippines is 2.234 in US Dollars.
I was gonna buy his Dragonterror set of Phantom Assassin.
So I went out and bought 100 load for him.
He said, my phone is lowbat (lowbattery)
and she went offline on steam.
I keep sending him messages where's my item at.
Sent him a steam offer during we chatted.
And then when she got on, she deleted me.
Please help me.​

Please I'm sorry, I didn't screenshot it but I swear to god.
The reason why I didn't screenshot because I trusted him.
It's because of his steam rep.
But I hope the other evidence is alright.

The evidence (screenshot) you provided only shows you offered him a empty trade.
You need to atleast provide proof of the transaction that took place and the agreement that was made.

the reason why i decline the trade is because he want me to accept it before he give me the load i needed

he send me an offer and i decline it because i dont like his transaction process

check his profile no real picture no account details
rep on his account is not good and
d2l rep bad

so how can i trust this person.

and he reported me as a scammer as u can see its a black trade to my item..
