    What happened? Description:
    it was attempted scam and no lost of items on my side. my concern here is to give this person some penalty so that he will not do this to other.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Like i said on the description i just want to punish this person for attempting scam on me so that he will not do it again to other. im just concerned to the newbie that may be victimized by this person.
