What happened? Description:

User added me and wanted to trade a knife for a knife. Tried to get my skype/discord I assume so that either they would use video or delete messages afterwards so there was no chat log to screenshot. Eventually gave up on trying to get either and Tried to get me to add a valve employee for a standard item verification scam.

The accused got me to add a fake valve employee on steam who once added invited me in to a group chat with the accused

I didn't accept the friend request and the accused didn't tell me to accept that friend request, however this user was on the friend's list of the accused (I forgot to screenshot the 1 mutual friend with the accused's name attached.)
There's no evidence to incriminate this account but in case it becomes relevant I thought it would be helpful to note it down.


If anything else is missing/need amended I'll sort it out as quickly as possible.​

Obviously not enough to inciminiate them but Again useful to not down. I thought it was more than just a co-incident because both the scammers and this person accused me of being a troller. Obviously this guy never said why but I don't see any reason why he'd add me just to call me a troller.
