What happened? Description:

76561198148200748 is an attempting PayPal chargedback scammer. He added me around 10 mins before 6pm Jan-8-2014. He negotiated with me about TF2 Keys and Earbuds. He wanted to buy 2 Buds and 12 Keys via PayPal for €66.50. I accepted his offer, then he asked me if we could do separate transactions. He wanted to pay for the first bud, then the next bud and the 12 keys. I accepted and once he sent the payment, I noticed he asked for an "invoice" instead of using the "Send Money" option as you can see in ( Evidence 1: ).​

Goo job collecting evidence and not falling for the scam. Looks like a solid report to me. Also FYI, there are another two reports pending against the accused scammer.
