What happened? Description:

In order to scam my arcana he acted being a friend and we played some games together, my arcana was untradable but giftable as i got it via random drop, he asked me to swap aracanas with one more immortal to gift him, so i did.. then he blocked me from steam and facebook. Just after that i searched for this guy and learnt that he has been doing this since years, he is a scammer and has scammed dozens of people, he even have many reports in steam forums but no actions have been taken, even in steamRep his rep is clear. I want to report this scammer.​

Yeah the accused person is a scammer. I know him, we are from the same place. He did the same thing with many others via gift. He still scamm people via gift.
