I sold him a Resident Evil Revelations gift for paypal and the payment was cancelled a day later. He said he was going to call paypal and fix it but I waited for 3 weeks with no further contact.​

I will delete this report in case I manage to contact him again and receive the payment, but I think I waited long enough.​
