    What happened? Description:
    i saw his post in csgo lounge he was posting that he trade in csgo gifts so i add him and i told him that i want to trade so he asked me wat do u offer i told him 2 keys and a copy of payday 2 he said ok and offer me after i offered him and he accepted then i asked him to send the game as a gift he refuse to talk back to me after a while he removed me and blocked me as well.​

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accused profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

    With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
