What happened? Description:

He added me and said he wanna trade my unusual then he offered me some PayPal money but I rejected, instead of PayPal he offered me steam wallet codes....He gave me the balance of PayPal and he got lots of good rep.Then I traded with him in return for steam wallet code but when he receive the item he block me.....​
