    He tried the "I need to talk. I reported you" scam then he would say i need to add a admin after that i would need to give him the items as they are "Duped"​

    That in no way suggests anything wrong that I can tell... they just said they needed to talk to you.
    No idea why you thought it was anything bad.
    Don't just report people without clearly them doing something bad which here there is not.
    Report them to Valve - they are likely hijacked anyway.
