What happened? Description:

I went to his trade on Dota 2 Lounge. He had plenty of reputation and past trades. I didn't notice that others had reported him on SteamRep. We talked, I gave him the items, he seemed nice enough and trustworthy. At the end, he blocked me. The entire chat is in the screenshot. I reported him on steam, but I can't report him on Dota 2 Lounge due to my rep being at 1, and I need 2.​

Provide Evidence:

"SCAM" is the chat between him and I.
"evidence1" is my paypal page. there are no incoming funds.
"evidence2" are my items in his inventory. the PA Arcana, and the drow ranger set. worth about 40-50 dollars.​

Nobody doing anything about this guy? he has 3 active reports and continues scamming ppl...

yup, i think he just tried to do the same thing to me.
