What happened? Description:

To make it simple, I basically offered him a job if he could broker for me. We were friends for like 6 days, he helped me alot, told me and guided me on how to sell Unusuals properly. What made me trust him was he was gonna give me free Scout cosmetics but I declined it because he needs it more than I do. We met on a trade vatican server and I was trying to sell my Unusual Vintage Merryweather (Bubbling) but sold it to someone and I kept him on my friendlist because he was offering me some keys for it but I declined. That's where we basically became friends.

Anyways, I offered him a job where I could basically give him 10% of the profit of our sells on the Unusual. He usually returns the Unusual to me when he goes offline because our Terms of Service is that he NEEDS to give it back to me just incase whenever he goes offline. He followed this ToS but after I give it back to him so he could sell it for me, he blocked me afterwards I told him I was gonna go to the barber. I didn't even realize he blocked me because I though it was just a bug where friends appear online on their profile page but not on friendlist. I kept spamming him messages, no replies. I even called out 2 of my friends, KeemScarce and ultimate grandpa (you can chat with em for proofs of their chat conversation with the scammer) to infiltrate for me and chat with the dude to ask if he could unblock me, and he sent me this message:

"He gave me his unusual, all I told him kn our last chat was a guy was interested in his unusual and I told him I could sell it which wasnt a lie, he sent an offer and I accepted it, there were no terms set, He knew what the trade would conclude, it is not a scam since I havent offerd anything in return and he knew it."

I could give screenshot of this conversation but my friend, 'ultimate grandpa' closed the chat conversation on Steam client after I requested him if he could screenshot the chat conversation with him.

You'll see the conversation on the proofs/evidences I'll be giving. The screenshot starts with Bigster saying 'hey btw could you drop me a +rep on bp.tf?'. Reason why he said this is because I was calling him to broker for me, he told me to give him +rep, and I did give him +rep. BUT after getting away with my unusual, I changed my positive rep to a negative rep or negative review on his bp.tf so yeah.

Now the trade history, it'll show that I bought someone's Unusual Polar Bear for keys pure. On that screenshot alone, it'll also show when I gave him my unusual to broker for me. Next screenshot will be when he gives the Unusual back to me, showing he's not running away with my Unusual just yet, but afterwards he called out to me that someone's buying the Unusual so I gave him my Unusual and after waiting a few hours, I checked his inventory and he hasn't sold it yet then blocked me.

(PS. I couldn't screenshot full chat log via computer because chat history is gone. The only chat history that isn't fully removed yet is on my phone. We had a long chat, and the other half where we first talked couldn't be seen anymore because of long chat)

If the story is a mess, I could organize it if you couldn't understand it. I'm just so tired right now.

By the way, if you checked fraud's profile you'll notice he made his profile private. This could be a sign that he is guilty. I'm not sure if this will be temporary but by the time I'm wring this, it's private as of now.

Why is this here, you sent me a trade offer where you put in your unusual with me giving you nothing in return. I havent promised anything outside the trade, please provide proof for the statements you have made.

Also, I have an objection for Bigster's latest post on this thread. He's declining that we had no terms of service when I asked him to broker for me. The terms of service of the job is that he MUST return the item he's brokering at all times he goes offline and that is the most important of our ToS. I mentioned that rule to him only ONCE on our conversation. And what is my evidence that he is declining that I had no Terms of Service settled?

This is common sense, look at the Part 2 Trade History screenshot. Does anyone even get and return an unusual for no reason? He is clearly following the rules I settled, but after I gave the Unusual to him the 2nd time, it shows that that is the last trade I've ever done because he stole my Unusual with the declination of our agreement.

As for the proofs of me settling a Terms of Service to him, I cannot provide a screenshot for it anymore because like what I said in the post, it was filled with ridiculous jokes of Bigster's appreciation that he does appreciate me when behind my back it's an image of a liar, and a thief.

You're going to somehow have to find a copy wherein the two of you agree to the brokering terms of service that you have purported the accused has broken.

Sadly I can't because I already said on my posts multiple times that our brokering term's of service was settled just days ago, but we had a long chat making it impossible to retrieve the required, and when a chat is long it deletes the old chat history and makes a new one.

If I have to do something to get this post to get accepted, I will try my best to see if I could fix my chat history that shows acceptance of the terms of service.

I also said this on the other last post, do you think I would just give the Unusual to him and he returns it to me for no reason? This shows that WE did have a terms of service agreement.

My requests still stand. You have completed none of them.

I got no evidences of our terms of agreement. There's no chances of me getting it, so you might aswell close this report because the suspect gave me my 7 keys back and I had 10 keys back then. 7 keys is enough for me so I'm 100% sure I wanna request to close this report down.
