What happened? Description:

Added me when I listed my Howl FT on market. Said he would pay me $730 for my howl then got me to add him on discord, he then said he would log out of his account, I would send my Howl to him, and he would send the money, then log back in and accept the trade. When I showed him an instantly withdrawalable howl on bitskins with the same float and approx 200$ cheaper he just said that bitskins was shady and then went on to say he was IP banned from bitskins for being an OPSkins support, even though when he was screen sharing I noticed he was using a VPN.​

Steam Transcript, pictures are also uploaded. I did also provide screenshots of our discord conversation BUT I included the Discord username and # he provided me with in the screenshots which links the accounts together.
