    What happened? Description:
    I sold a few games on g2a, all of a sudden I got an email saying the following.

    Your sale of product "Euro Truck Simulator 2 STEAM CD-KEY GLOBAL" was put
    On Hold due to PayPal dispute/claim/reversal made by the buyer. Please
    contact us for details on [email protected] 2015-10-30 10:09:24

    They asked for proof on the ticket.

    Hello
    Customer decided to open a Paypal dispute. This case is being investigated by our Paypal expert and in case the customer is wrong you will receive your money back.

    So I replied with the following (as he's still on my friendslist I tried pming him on chat, he ignores everything).
