    What happened? Description:
    A person random adds me he then asks me to speak a bye bye(76561198155660944) to make an exchange because he blocked it
    During all the length of the discussion they do not want to do trade .the player (76561198155660944) but then makes an offer of exchange against my knive I then conquers that he scam me

    and I found that he always speaks at the same time and block me at the same time
