    What happened? Description:
    He offered me a $500 steam wallet code for my entire TF2 backpack (worth about $32 as of 1/10/18)(https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198136757154)

    Thankfully I did not fall for this; but others will and he needs to be banned before he gets someone for real.

    He does own an unusual and I would hope this could be returned to its rightful owner (not me)

    Also this guy just randomly friended me in like the middle of the night​

    Thanks - Do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out BEFORE you accept friend request) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.
    The user offers $500 in steam gift card but their english is rather poor..not sure if they really meant a total of $500 in multiple cards or not here since a few lines after that they said cards.
    What else do you have against this user - I feel you made the report assuming the user was going to scam you when they didn't do anything with any negative intent so far.

    Nope - you can't assume they won't follow thru with their end of the deal. However, as I said user is already tagged/banned here nothing more we can do to them here anyway.
