    Victim profile: 76561198046667216

    What happened? Description:
    classic pay pal scam. Says he will buy your items at X amount of dollars then wants you to trade them 1st and attempts to steal your items by retracting his payment to you. He was willing to pay 250 for my 220 dollars set of items. I agree under one condition that he let me talk to one of the past unusual owners and then once that happens he leaves. He added me from one of my outpost post.​

    Provide Evidence:
    there was no exchange made. However the person that sent the last request that actually did get scammed by this man, I wanted to talk to him so I let "Tim" know that I was going to, at that point in time he immediately leaves, blocks me and puts himself on private.​
