    What happened? Description:
    [Its report for him friend.]

    Him or him friend using dota 2 item to possibly scam.
    I would ask about banning this person, when he tried to cheat me then who knows maybe someone has cheated + may soon cheat someone.

    To clarify for OP. This is what I refer to as a high low scam. The scam is that people create artificial demand for an item that has been artificially increased on market to an arbitrarily high price. This would fall under Item misrepresentation with intent to defraud.
