    What happened? Description:
    I send the items first by a gift then he said that he cant open steam app not working then i ask him to send it by a gift then he reply he cant because he send already 8 items limit to gift then he said he will gift it tommorow after that when i log in again he deleted me as a friend. he cancel my offer then​

    What were you supposed to be gifted? Can you prove you were never gifted the item and how would you prove if you did get it you didn't move it to another account?
    Lots of doubt here on how I can even remotely verify any scam here.

    i gifted TI8 immortals Lich Venge Zeus items i cant view his inventory because its private there is no gift history on dota did you sir he cancel the basher items
