    What happened? Description:
    he added me wanting me to exchange my unusual for his unusual, so i sended the offer. Everything seemed normal until he obviously acted has if the offer didn't existed and tried to do the classic scam of "can you check the price of your unusual in (scam site)?​

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:

    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
