What happened? Description:

Scammer added me with intent to buy my Unusual Hat (Unusual Tyrant's Helm: Orbiting Planets), and then asked that I trade it to a friend of mine because the hat might be "bugged". From there I felt suspicion, but went along. Added my friend to the chat. He said he would add him and create a group chat of his own. Proceed to someone impersonating my friend joining the group chat, with the intent of having me "testing" the bug to him. Obviously I figured it was a fake as he lacked the nickname I assigned to my friend. When confronted both scammers left the chat and haven't contacted since.​

• The scammer invites me into a group chat with the impersonator, I catch on to him and they both leave. He also copy and pastes our previous chat to make it look legit.

• The impersonator changes his name/customlink/avatar , so I can't find him. But I outplayed him.
