Ok,

SO he adds me and wants to trade for my unusual. He asks if I could supply a friend for middle man. I get one. He adds me and "my" friend to a group. His friend had copied my friends steam profile exactly! His friends account, the second steam ID, had acted as a middle man. I traded the unusual to "Gam3rPr0" (the fake Gam3rPr0), and after they both unfriend me and that's the end of it.
