    Report Type: [Gambling] Fake gambling website
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198160183295

    Victim profile: 76561198118111118

    What happened? Description:
    Asked me to pick red or black, then said he won 1400$ and since i helped i will get $400 in a referral code to withdraw skins i would want from the gambling site which he forgot to mention. Same type of scam from his/her last report here.​

    This user is already banned/tagged here - not sure why you didn't see this - if you did there is nothing more we can do to them.
    Best to do when you come across a user like this already tagged is to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
