What happened? Description:

So i added him to play raffles on a site called csgobounty.com and we played some raffles which are 50/50 we became friends. Then he tipped me 30 and 40 bucks for predicting for him. Then when i cashed out a knife i redeposited it back to the site and betted to 90 dollars so he then asked to tip him 90 even tho he had 1k balance and inventory. After a couple of hours he lost everything and never returned me my money. And now he is just harassing me and saying " haha you wont do nothing" " you aint s✿✿✿" " you can do nothing " . So please help me report this scumbag so he would never do the same things again.​

I attached all the screenshots below and even the email from the site itself. All the chatlogs from him taking my money and lying that he will give back is attached.​
