    He said that he would give me 10 pounds on steam by buying my vintage direct hit as he wanted the cs go game. I gave him tour of duty ticket as deposit and then he blocked me and didnt buy anything. He also has a account which has been vac-banned (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198174900701).​

    Provide Evidence:
    He blocked me so I could not get hold of chat.​
