What happened? Description:

He tried selling me CS:GO CD Keys for TF2 Keys, and also tried the same thing with my friend. Sadly I forgot to take a screenshot, so I don't have an evidence for this.
But what I do have an evidence for, and the main reason I made this report is, to prove, he has 2 other accounts which are already trade banned by Valve, and so he is a scammer, who should be marked.​

Provide Evidence:

If we check his friend list on steamrep, he has 2 friends which are trade banned with the same name, Gabi: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198097757682 and http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198064698669
As we can see on the first screenshots below, his home location is the same on 2 of his profiles.
Also, the most played game on each of his accounts is CS:GO.
The second evidence is his Youtube account: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGRuzB1kQ3VXpecAcLTyimg/videos Again, the name Gabi comes up, and both of his videos has a trade offer link to his current profile, as seen on the 4th and 5th screenshot.
