What happened? Description:

I was trading with Confuscius when I noticed a large spike in his backpack value occuring two days ago. He told me that he had traded his Taunt:High Five for some kid's unusual and a few other items. I probed a little further and found out the kid was Yander33. I then added him and asked about the trade. From Yander33, I found out that Confuscius had asked for unusuals and strange items for his high five taunt and told Yander that the trade was equal in value. However, the items Yander traded away are worth upwards to 20 keys and the unusual he traded was yet to be valued and he only recieved a taunt valued at 8 refined. I am currently helping Yander out as he does not know how to make a report. He sent me the trade offer from his email confirmation and has given me permission to report Confuscius.​

Update: The unusual sold for a Pro KS Australium Rocket Launcher valued at 66 keys, making the total lost around 86 keys.

I did not scam him i asked yanders if he wants to trade on a valve server and he agreed. In the trade i noticed that he has an unusual and i said i want it cuz it's a cool one. I asked him if he wants anything from my inventory and he said he wanted the high five taunt. I asked him what's his offer and he offered unusual and stuff. I agreed which normal human being will do in that circumstances. I did not trick him about the value of my taunt and just agreed. Awildsnorlax added me and asked about the unusual. I told him that i got it from Yanders and he reported me. I think he did that because he wanted to buy my stuff. I declined his offer and he might be a troll.

I cannot provide any evidence because I thought things will never get this far.

I have no interest in his items nor have I made an offer on his items. I submitted a report in response to speaking with yanders and his concern in being scammed. I submitted this because i feel it is wrong to take advantage of another user ecspecially when it amounts to more than $200 of their virtual items.

Can i still appeal judgement even though i do not have the screen shot of the trade at the middle of the trade which i thought is required because snorlax said so.
