    What happened? Description:
    He tried to "help" me put my unusual on OPSkins. He made a second account impersonating a OPSkins bot and stole my hat.​

    Be more careful when making reports here.

    User your trying to report is already tagged/banned - I wouldn't worry about it then.
    You need to check users out Before you accept friend request - so if they are already tagged just report them to Valve, delete the and move on.
