What happened? Description:

Accused offered swap trade on the channel
i add friend him, to be able to private chat
he accepted, we start to chat
asking what the requirement
the deal was 1 arcana manifold paradox with 3 immortal + 3 rare bundle
he requested via gift wrap, i asking other safe way
i asking via trade offer, he refused
i check to his steam profile, public mode, there is several comments that "+rep good trader via gift 100%"
finally, i accepted via gift wrap
i begin to gift wrap items 1 by 1
i confirm to him each time i gift wrap, is he accept
until all completely transfer, he still online
after all 8 gift wrap had been transferred, suddenly he was offline
picture still same, until i post this report
i looking to my friend list, he was not my friend anymore
after several minute he begin to broadcast again on channel with different name,
same message as before, change arcana with several immortal
i begin to chat with him in channel
he claim that he doesn't know me
i want to add friend, he refused
i looking back to his profile, suddenly became private, but he change name to Hello (before "i Love You")

i keep looking his profile, through add friend and input steamID64 76561198163606994,
so i can see his activity, several unwrapped gift after me,
i begin to chat with Atomant222, i search on steam id search
he also claim he was been scam

i report Accused via steam report violation
but it seem nothing change, not block or ban or items being transferred back

finally: i do not need the items to be back
but need some security improvement, at least steamrep give some bad rep to steamID64 76561198163606994
so not happens to others


REQUEST IMPROVEMENT:
1. to able dota chat/ steam chat history logging
2. steamname cannot be change, or 1 time per month
3. right now, we cannot whisper/chat with other that not in friend list (why cannot)
4. bad rep via gift wrap to steamID64 76561198163606994​

so total 8 items

yes he is scamer he tying my arcana via gift for his dc hook. but i check his steam rep and i see this report.
