He had added me through cs go lounge

He scammed me with a StatTrak Flip knife | crimson web for my Dragon lore AWP, we had a video conference on skype, he showed his PP balance he had money on it and offered me 700 dollars. I decided to go first thinking why not, as you can see he had 3 pages of CS GO rep, at the end he simply gone offline and deleted me then went private. I continued to talk to a friend of his on skype who said he would get him back online and then I was blocked on skype too.
he only paid £125 pounds and he then tried to get his money back on paypal, by launching a claim for a refund on paypal I don't have much evidence as I went on holiday like 10 mins after this happened and I had no time and was too upset to take screenshots of anything.​
