What happened? Description:

Had me and the accused to agree on an email contract, to sell my FN ST Karambit Doppler for 1400 Euros.
Accused is looking really Professional, taking care of everything.
Prior to the transaction he sums up the contract terms.
He send me the "money" as he said, but your paypal account stays at 0 balance (PP is immediate for transactions), i'm only getting a facture marked as "paid", with no amount associated.
I call paypal, they tell me that the deal is a scam, and tell me to terminate the transaction.
I do so, and the accused tell me I will get reported through steam, paypal, and local authorities.
That he paid, and I'm a scammer.
But as PayPal said, transactions are immediate...​
