    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198165914973

    Victim profile: 76561198007079091

    What happened? Description:
    He randomly added me saying he wanted to buy my unusuals, after discussing it he said i'd have to give them to someone trusted. After he said this I started to get suspicous so checked his steam rep profile. Not suprisingly he has 18 reports and some of them are from the same situation​

    Provide Evidence:
    Mistail: Hello I want to buy your unusual hat but I want to make sure it's clean first, do you happen to have a trusted friend?
    DarkRanger: why?
    Mistail: for double dupe checking since i checked bp.tf already, i want to double check with your trusted friend
    DarkRanger: what would my friend do?
    Mistail: I want your friend to hold your hat for awhile, then I'll check his inventory to make sure it's clean. Then you can get your hat back after I check his inventory
    DarkRanger: what hat?
    Mistail: looking to buy all 4 of them
    Mistail: gladly overpaying in pures if needed
    DarkRanger: if bp.tf shows their clean than it shouldnt be a problem
    DarkRanger: also it really dosent matter if its not clean its still an unusual
    Mistail: yeah but i want to see them traded first so i can be assured that they're not glitched
    Mistail: if you want i can overpay for the checking
    Mistail: told you im willing to overpay if needed
    DarkRanger: does it really matter if they're "glitched"?
    Mistail: yeah cos ill put them in the raffle prizes
    Mistail: would that be ok with you

    Thanks - do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out soon as you say hello) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.
    We will no longer be addressing anything else with this user due to the amount that is already on them.
    You can see this clearly if you search and look at the bottom of this thread.
    Report them to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
