    What happened? Description:
    I posted a trade on TF2 outpost to trade an unusual for keys. Mistail contacted me to buy it. After asking if it was still for sale and what the buyout was, he immediately tells me that we need to get a 3rd party involved so I can give my unusual to them. I told him as directly as possible that I'm not interested in trust trades and, to reiterate the description of my TF2OP post, I'm not interested in offers significantly below my buyout, unusual offers, etc. Instead of handling this reasonably or explaining why he wants me to hand over my unusual to a 3rd party, he tells me to kill myself. I then looked at his profile and saw he's been trade banned by Valve for scamming. I told him that I realized he was a scammer and that I was going to report him, at which point he quickly removed me from his friends list. After looking at his steamrep profile, apparently he's also been banned/reported by:

    Do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out BEFORE you accept friend request) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.

    In fact user is already listed tags multiple times therefore this and all future reports will be Archived - Be sure to report the user to Valve as you should have done to start with as there is again nothing more we can do to them here.
    So you are basically wasting time by reporting the user yet again... there is NOTHING MORE WE CAN DO TO THIS USER... ZERO...nada... If you want some kinda stoppage to this users activity you need to TELL VALVE...report the user to them..they are the only ones that can stop this user.

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
