    What happened? Description:
    He was selling a Pubg skin and we agree he would put up an item for sell for 10 dollars. After i brought his item. He claimed he never got his money and he need to refresh his steam. Afterward i was block. I have screenshot of our conversation and my market history showing i brought his item.​
